GENERAL INFORMATION

  • We provide a broad range of award solutions through our partner’s custom awards Catalogues: Full range of trophies, medals, corporate awards, and gifts from Marco Awards, Caldwell Recognition, and PDU—typically with a 3-week delivery
  • Laser & Diamond-Rotary Engraving: High-precision services for metals, acrylics, wood, and select products like tumblers and business cards

We use modern, state-of-the-art laser engraving systems along with precision diamond-rotary engraving to deliver crisp, clean, and professional results on a wide range of materials.

We can engrave and mount plates on trophies, plaques, or medals purchased from us and for many trophies purchased elsewhere. Since not all materials or products are compatible with our engraving equipment, we recommend contacting us first to see if we can work with your item.

ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION

  • Let us know which products you’re interested in (product name or code) and your engraving detail.
  • We’ll confirm pricing, provide a proof if needed, and move your order into production

Yes! All trophies, plaques, and awards from the custom catalogues can be personalized with names, dates, messages, or your logo where indicated. Please note: Custom engraving is not included in the trophy cost.

We can engrave files in AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, DXF, and high-resolution PNG or JPG and JPEG formats. For the best results, vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, DXF) are ideal, but high-quality images work too—just make sure they’re at least 300 DPI.

For large or complex orders, we provide a digital proof upon request. Standard orders are engraved exactly as you enter your text, so please double-check spelling and details.

Yes. A $35 minimum charge applies to all orders—whether trophies, plaques, medals, or engraving—to cover setup and production costs.

TIMELINE

  • Custom Orders (Catalogues): Typically 3 weeks, depending on product and volume .
  • Engraving: Laser & diamond drag work is completed quickly; timelines depend on order size—contact us for specifics.

Yes. If you have a tight deadline, contact us directly and we’ll do our best to fast-track your order. 

Currently, we focus on Canadian customers to keep costs and delivery times affordable. If you’re located outside Canada, please contact us to discuss options.

We offer standard and expedited options through Canada Post and trusted courier partners or pickup in Oakville.

PAYMENT & PRICING

We accept cash, cheque and all major credit cards.

Yes. For team orders, school events, or corporate programs, we provide volume discounts. Contact us for a custom quote.

RETURNS & GUARANTEES

Because our products are personalized, they are final sale. However, if there is an error on our part (spelling, engraving, or product quality issue), we will fix it or replace it at no cost.

Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
